www.land-to-buy.co.uk is the website of Land to Buy Ltd. (the Company), dedicated to displaying as many plots of land for self-build, barns and other properties for conversion, and derelict or rundown properties suitable for renovation or demolition and replacement as can be found in the Public Domain or offered to the site by Owners or their Agents.

All the properties shown from Estate Agencies, Public Utilities, Local Government Offices, Land Agents and Private Estates are taken from the Public Domain or are with the express permission of the Vendor or Owner. Land to Buy offers the facility of seeing details of potential Dream Homes in one place, saving enormous amounts of time trawling the net. All contact details are from the above sources (hereinafter called ‘Vendors’), and all users of the site (Clients) must contact the Vendors direct.

The Company does not own, purchase, lease or in any way take an interest in any of the opportunities displayed. We, the Company, do not take commissions or inducements from Vendors or Third Parties or offer preferential treatment for any form of inducement.

Clients purchase access to one or more areas of the UK, or all areas of the UK, giving purchase details to an independent Merchant company called Worldpay, and gain access to the website using an email address. Refunds will be made at the discretion of the The Company.

The Company will not give, sell or otherwise pass on to any Third Party, any Client information. Furthermore, the Company will not use any Client information to offer, send or promote any Third Party inducements without the express permission of the Client.

The Company takes no responsibility for the content, or any errors or omissions in the information provided on the site. All descriptions, dimensions and offers are to be treated as approximate, and as supplied or taken from Vendors offers and descriptions, and the Company cannot accept liability for the result of any action taken by clients in response to such information. In addition, clients are expected to verify all or any information before taking any action.

From time to time, private Vendors will be allowed to add their plots, barns or buildings directly to the website, and such private Vendors must be truthful and accurate with their information, and make provision for Clients to make direct contact. Such private Vendors must comply with all Terms and Conditions made by the Company.

The Company will, from time to time, send out to Clients who have subscribed to it, a Newsletter containing information it feels will be of interest to homebuilders, such as changes in legislation; details of proposed changes to such legislation; examples of self-build experiences; information, advice and anecdotes from Architects and other experts; and any humorous or informative articles that may be of interest to Clients.

The Company reserves the right to delete, vary or add to any or all of these Terms and Conditions as the Company sees fit. The Company also reserves the right to remove any plots or properties placed by third parties that it finds untruthful or offensive, without giving reason, and restrict or bar any Client who does not abide by these Terms and Conditions.
